Get a free callbackNo. We are a financial-services intermediary / DSA. We help you compare lenders and prepare a strong application, but the loan is sanctioned and disbursed by the partner bank or housing-finance company at their discretion and policy.
For most retail loans our advisory is free to you — we are compensated by the partner lender. Any third-party or statutory charges (legal, valuation, stamp duty, lender processing fee) are disclosed upfront and remain indicative until confirmed by the lender.
