No. We are a financial-services intermediary / DSA. We help you compare lenders and prepare a strong application, but the loan is sanctioned and disbursed by the partner bank or housing-finance company at their discretion and policy.

For most retail loans our advisory is free to you — we are compensated by the partner lender. Any third-party or statutory charges (legal, valuation, stamp duty, lender processing fee) are disclosed upfront and remain indicative until confirmed by the lender.

Home, plot, construction, extension, improvement, NRI home, commercial-property, Loan Against Property (LAP), Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) and real-estate developer finance — plus personal and education loan guidance through our calculators.

Indicatively, sanction is typically 3–10 working days once your documents are complete. Final timelines depend on the lender, property and legal verification, and your credit profile.

A single, well-prepared application avoids multiple hard credit enquiries. The interest rate is set by the lender based on your credit profile; we negotiate on your behalf but cannot guarantee a specific rate or approval.
